Michael Mobley (Finance & Strategy)
Michael Mobley is a business executive with over 30 years of experience in strategic planning, finance, marketing and operations that facilitated growth, market share and profitability for various businesses in numerous industries. Mr. Mobley provides business advisory services, strategic planning, leadership training and executive coaching to small businesses. Critical to his achievements is his ability to develop a vision and mission around which multi-functional teams can create business objectives that lead to the strategies and tactics required for business success.
He is also an adjunct professor of entrepreneurship at Howard Community College. Michael received his B.A. in Economics from Columbia University, and an M.B.A. in Finance from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business.
Tracia Christian-Young (Human Resource Management)
Tracia Christian-Young is a strategic Human Resources executive consultant with over 15 years of experience supporting Fortune 500 companies, NYU, U.S. Department of Defense, Digitas, and most recently BP Global. Her experience includes recruitment, employee relations, and training programs/workshops designed to help companies develop stronger competencies across their organization that are aligned to meet their strategic goals and objectives.
She is a national member of the Society of Human Resource Management and The Women’s Business Development Council in Connecticut. She holds a Master’s degree in Organization and Management with a specialization in Human Resources Management.

Sharon McManigle is a certified Strategic Business Leadership Coach and Facilitator for The Alternative Board. With over 20 years of practical business and accounting experience, Sharon specializes in advising and managing the accounting departments of small to mid-size companies. She has the ability to successfully evaluate the effectiveness and functionality of an accounting department while implementing improvements to bring financial clarity and control to business owners and senior management.
Complemented by her certifications and expertise in accounting software applications, such as QuickBooks and MAS90, Sharon provides best practices training and support to administrative and accounting group employees to cost-effectively build capacity and assure peak performance. Sharon also conducts team-building exercises and is a certified Professional Behavioral and Values Analyst.
Michele Proctor (Human Resources and Organizational Development)
Michele Proctor is a Human Resources consultant and trainer bringing over 30 years of experience in HR management and organizational development. Ms. Proctor has served in various industries and brings a diverse background of planning and implementing all business processing activities and organizational assessments for businesses, non-profits/associations federal/state/local governments, and academic institutions of higher education.
Ms. Proctor is a proven practitioner, business consultant, and instructor/trainer with extensive operations management, organizational development, cultural diversity, human resources management, mediation, and business operations experience. Ms. Proctor holds a BBA in Personnel Management, is a certified mediator and holds various licenses for assessments and tools to support human capital development.
