Behavioral & Values-Based Assessments

Our convenient, web-based assessments and customized tools evaluate behavioral characteristics and attitudes of  individuals and teams with the specific goal of helping CEOs, managers and employees (1) increase self-awareness, (2) strengthen communication skills, (3) enhance team dynamics and (4) improve overall work effectiveness.

  • DISC – Effective interactions begin with an accurate perception of oneself. To attain a greater knowledge of yourself and others, the DISC profile will provide a customized report indicating communication style, communication preferences and HOW you perform or behave in work and non-work environments. The report highlights strengths and suggests recommendations to increase personal and team effectiveness.
  • Personal Interests, Attitudes and Values (PIAV) – The PIAV measures the relative prominence of six basic attitudes which help to tell us WHY an individual does what they do.  Attitudes are hidden motivators and this report can help illuminate motivating factors, highlight the strengths one brings to the work environment and review opportunities for improvement.
  • Myers-Briggs & Others – Our consultants possess a variety of certification that can be an additional resource in providing other tools to help assess and build your team.

Climate Surveys – Employee & Customer

To get a pulse of your internal and external customers, QCM works with organizations to evaluate existing satisfaction levels with programs and offerings, i.e. policies and procedures, benefits, and new project initiatives.  We provide expertise to design, deploy and analyze surveys to help you better understand the existing “climate” and we can recommend alternatives to meet or exceed desired levels of satisfaction.
