Big Brothers & Big Sisters of Central Maryland
At Big Brothers & Big Sisters of Central Maryland, QCM provided periodic training to new and existing youth (“Littles”) and adult (“Bigs”) relationships to develop and strengthen mentor/mentee bonds.
As a mentor for over 10 years, Ms. Young has witnessed the positive impact of mentoring on several youths, and believes, “… the relationship is also rewarding for the volunteers [mentors] as well.”
Prince George’s County Public School – Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) Advisory Board
QCM has participated on the STEM Advisory Board based at Flowers High School. The role included working with educators, non-profits organizations and the business community to bring valuable resources to the STEM program.
Elizabeth House/Fish of Laurel Inc.
QCM and our staff have volunteered to support the Elizabeth House/Fish of Laurel by donating time and materials to prepare lunches for local families.
Laurel Advocacy & Resource Services, Inc. (LARS)
QCM and our staff have supported LARS with food drives to supply their food banks.
