Behavioral & Values-Based Assessments

- DISC – Effective interactions begin with an accurate perception of oneself. To attain a greater knowledge of yourself and others, the DISC profile will provide a customized report indicating communication style, communication preferences and HOW you perform or behave in work and non-work environments. The report highlights strengths and suggests recommendations to increase personal and team effectiveness.
- Personal Interests, Attitudes and Values (PIAV) – The PIAV measures the relative prominence of six basic attitudes which help to tell us WHY an individual does what they do. Attitudes are hidden motivators and this report can help illuminate motivating factors, highlight the strengths one brings to the work environment and review opportunities for improvement.
