Curriculum Development

Customized Training

To meet company-specific needs, QCM can develop specialized training on internal processes or to support operational changes. For customized content development, QCM’s curriculum designers most commonly employ the traditional tenets of the ADDIE Model – Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation.  Based on the need, we can work with variations on this model to design a program that meets the needs of our clients.

Our certified facilitators can incorporate a series of assessments and tools to deliver effective leadership, management and business skill development courses.  All participants that complete QCM courses will create goals and individual action plans (IAP) or work plans for implementing the new learning. This design allows the takeaways from QCM-delivered courses to be transferred for immediate improvement in job performance. Participant feedback is collected and each participant that successfully completes the course may receive a certificate of completion.

QCM makes every effort to include specific training materials, discussions and exercises to capture situations and encounters typical of the work environment. QCM standards of curriculum development and delivery also reflect the views captured in the ADT (formerly ASTD Experiential Training Model.) We incorporate best practice strategies, case studies, role plays, games and real world examples, as needed, to enhance the learning process.

Instructor-Led Training (ILT) Courses

QCM courses are conducted by certified facilitators and subject matter experts and offer a combination of the tools of external suppliers with existing in-house supplies to deliver practical, yet effective training courses that have satisfied organizations across the country.

M-Learning

QCM can design, develop and deliver enterprise-wide mobile learning solutions to provide and monitor access to mobile content for collaborative learning environments.

E-Learning

Let QCM assist in designing and implementing various cost effective E-Learning programs (i.e. web-based training, computer-based training, virtual and simulated learning) to provide highly interactive, Section 508 and SCORM-compliant content to meet your learning needs.

Blended Learning Solutions

QCM can work with your team to evaluate and determine a customized, comprehensive learning solution that integrates multiple learning platforms (instructor-led and E-Learning or M-Learning) to maximize the results of the learning program.
