Tina Y. Young, MBA, PMP is a Quality professional with over 20 years experience in providing compliance consulting and training to manufacturing and service organizations.

Ms. Young started QCM with the goal of “Inspiring Excellence through Training” as she is passionate about developing people for career and personal success. As a learning and development professional, Ms. Young is a highly sought trainer/certified facilitator and strategic business leadership coach. She provides executive coaching; meeting facilitation, strategic planning meetings and team building programs; she designs, develops and delivers customized and off-the-shelf training programs in areas such as; technical operations, regulatory requirements, business and management skills, and software applications. She has provided hundreds of engaging, highly interactive training programs for diverse groups and facilitated meetings with international audiences. Her experience includes developing quality systems, documentation systems, policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs); conducting and hosting inspections for US and foreign regulatory agencies; developing program management offices; business development activities including sales, proposal generation, and customer relationship management.

Ms. Young has held various executive and technical positions with companies such as SmithKline, Lederle Laboratories, Wyeth, Bio Science Contract Production and Cambrex Corporation. She is a member of the Project Management Institute, American Society of Training and Development, served on the Advisory Board of the Pharmaceutical Training Institute, served as Board Secretary on the Maryland State Board of Counselors and Professional Therapist and is a volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Maryland. Ms. Young received her BS from the University of South Carolina and her MBA from Loyola College.
